Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer exchanges for any items.

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct item, size, and shipping address at checkout. If you need to change your order, please cancel it within 2 hours of purchase and place a new order with the correct details.

Order Cancellation Policy

Timeframe for Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of purchase with a 95% refund (a 5% processing fee applies).
  • After 2 hours, orders cannot be fully refunded as they may have already been processed.
  • If your cancellation request is beyond 2 hours, a 10% cancellation fee will be applied to cover processing costs.

Return & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

We accept returns and refunds within 30 days from the date of delivery in the following cases:
✅ The product is damaged upon arrival.
✅ The product is shattered or broken.
✅ The product design differs from what was ordered.
✅ The product size is incorrect compared to the order.
✅ The product material is different from what was advertised.
✅ The wrong product was received.
✅ The product does not match its original description.

If your order does not meet these conditions, it is not eligible for a return or refund.

Conditions for Returning an Item

Items will not be accepted for return if they:

  • Have been worn or washed.
  • Have been altered in any way.
  • Are defective due to customer mishandling (unless the defect is our fault).
  • Do not have their original tags attached.
  • Contain minor thread imperfections that do not affect product function.

All returns must be in original condition and packaging.


How to Request a Return & Refund

  1. Submit a Refund Request

      • Shipping label/receipt
      • Proof of purchase
      • Photos of the defective item
      • Screenshots of any related email conversations
  2. Processing Time
    • Our support team will respond within 2-3 business days to confirm eligibility.
    • If your request is approved, we will provide return instructions via email.

Important: Do NOT send the item back without receiving return confirmation. We cannot process unauthorized returns.


Return Process

  1. Once approved, we will provide you with our return address.
  2. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (this is non-refundable).
  3. After shipping, email us the tracking number to confirm the return.

We are not responsible for lost return shipments. Please ensure you use a trackable shipping method.


Refund Processing Timeline

Refund Timeframe:

  • Refunds will be processed within 2 business days after we receive the returned item.
  • Once processed, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10-15 business days, depending on your bank’s policy.

If you do not see your refund after 15 days:

30-Day Policy

  • Our return/refund policy is valid for 30 days after delivery. After this period, the order is considered accepted, and refunds will not be issued.

Return Costs

Lost or Damaged Returns

  • We are not liable for any damages or losses during return shipping. No refunds will be issued for lost or damaged returned items.
